Since he was sworn in as the president of Nigeria, Buhari has been making effort to have a good relationship with our strategic neighbouring countries in Africa. One of his strategy of doing this is by paying them a visit. Ghana does not have a direct boundary with Nigeria but the relationship between Ghana and Nigeria is almost like brothers from the same parents. We share a lot in common despite our differences too. It is not surprising that Ghana is among the list of the countries in his agenda to visit. I think it is important and needed. The details of visit is not yet known to us as of the time this is posted, but as soon as we get more information about the visit, it will be made known.
Below are pictures of president Muhammadu Buhari being welcomed by his Ghanian counterpart President H.E. John Dramani Mahama at the Accra international airport Accra Ghana as he arrived on a one day friendship visit to Ghana on 7th Sept 2015.
